Installation Steps:

  • 1. Turn yellow drain valve to drain the fuel filter bowl. Have a container underneath there to catch fuel.
  • 2. Loosen 3 10mm bolts that hold fuel filter.
  • 3. Disconnect 2 electrical connections. Take the supply lines off the fuel filter canister.
  • 4. Move canister out. You can remove intake air horn off to easy move canister.
  • 5. #1 Loosen stock return lines and fitting, 17mm banjo bolt.  #2 Loosen 2 10mm bolts.  #3 Unzip 2 wiring harnesses and loosen 10mm screw.
  • 6. Lift bracket out. Install stock WIF sensor to the bottom of delete block.
  • 7. Using 2 factory fasteners(10mm bolts), install the fuel filter delete.

Recommended Tools:                                                                                            

  • 10mm deep and shallow sockets                                                                               
  • 10mm wrench                                                                                                            
  • 17mm shallow socket
