Installation

some occasional prepping may be necessary for an ideal fit.
If the buyer wishes to paint the products, he or she must pre-fit the parts to the vehicle before painting to ensure proper fit.
Painted or modified products can't be returned.

Shipping
Damage

All damages must be notified to the carrier and the seller within one working day.
Our company packs all products carefully to prevent damage during shipping.
However, damage may still occur occasionally.
when delivery,please open the packages first and check the product carefully. If the product broken in transit, the customer need
to let the shipping company provide a document to proof that the product was broken before delivery,the custoner must keep all
packages which he received, including the shipping label, damaged product and packages to check it.
Please don't refuse or return the package without approval, because we may refuse to refund if without complete damages proof.
Signing the damaged packages without damage document from the shipping company , it is no refund from our company. The discovery
of damages after a clear delivery becomes the responsibility of the customer.

Defective Products

All products require professional installation. Minor adjustments might be necessary. These are normal body work and installation
steps. Therefore it is not considered to be defective.
In addition, most carbon fiber products are hand-crafted, and no two items will be identical.
Pictures are required to demonstrate true defects on products prior to return.
